Sanders Alcide is an internationally certified personal trainer with over 16 years of experience. He offers innovative programs focusing on strength, coordination, and flexibility. HOW TO GET THERE
You can come by car or bike. There are a few guest parking spots on the premises. And bike racks for your bike in front of the building.
You can take the train to Baar Lindenpark and walk 4 minutes to reach the studio.
Take the train to Zug Main Station and walk for 12 minutes. Or take the bus number 603 from the station to Kistenfabrik and walk for 2 minutes.
