All Stage 12 services are subject to the General Terms and Conditions, unless these have been modified or supplemented by written agreements.
Our Terms and Conditions govern your membership and use of our facilities, services, website, and mobile application. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Membership Eligibility and Registration
- Members must be at least 18 years old or have guardian consent.
- Accurate and current information is required for registration.
- Membership fees and payment terms are detailed on our website and must be adhered to.

2. Use of Facilities and Conduct
- Members must follow all posted rules and instructions from staff regarding equipment use, safety, and conduct.
- Stage 12 reserves the right to modify or cancel classes, programs, and opening hours as needed.
- Proper attire and footwear are required at all times in the gym area.
3. Health and Safety
- Members declare they are in good health and have no condition that could be adversely affected by exercise.
- Inform Stage 12 of any health concerns or injuries that may affect your ability to participate in exercise activities.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

5. Liability Waiver
- Members use Stage12 facilities and participate in activities at their own risk. Stage 12 is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property, except where such liability cannot be legally excluded.
